You Keep Dancing!!!
Post your classes online for your students to participate! Students can continue to participate in class through using google classroom.
You can also use Zoom to connect with each of your students and help them to continue to learn their dance moves. Or Do a Live-Stream!
Share some of your favorite dance videos with your students so they learn more moves, new dance techniques
Check pinterest for short-cut go to guides on how to do specific moves
You can have your youth connect with a dance magazine or articles online
Have the youth create a new dance move
Have the youth hold an America’s Got Talent Dance Virtual Dance Competition with Eachother - everyone wins for participating…
Have the youth look up different forms of dance, and write about the one they like the most, as well as learn a couple moves from it, and show the rest of the class (virtually if they need to, or when they get back to school)
Continue practicing for the recital, if the recital is able to be moved to later in school year so it can still be performed (do not cancel the recital or performance, just change the date - to a date when school will be in session later). If unable to change the date do a virtual recital.
