Marketing Manager / Marketing Intern:

The digital marketing manager/ intern works remotely part-time on various projects within marketing and social media campaigns. This position is for the person with several talents: copy-writing, simple design, on-brand photo selections, a sharp eye for edits, attention to detail and the ability to follow through quickly!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic knowledge of email marketing

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Pristine organization skills

  • The ability to multi-task and handle several different tasks at once

  • A sharp eye for copy edits and/or brand management

  • Must have access to own computer and reliable internet (minimum of 5 mbps upload speed)

  • Work collaboratively with our social media intern

  • Help with our Fine Art Gallery Store

  • Proactive about learning more in the field

Social Media Manager / Social Media Intern:

The social media manager / intern works remotely part-time on various projects within marketing and social media campaigns. This position is for the person with several talents: Social Media platforms, video editing, artwork and photography selection, go-live sessions for our online fine art gallery store.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working knowledge of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube)

  • Must be an excellent communicator and fast responder

  • Ability to use IMovie and edit Video is a plus!

  • Familiarity with Spotify

  • Help with our Fine Art Gallery Store

  • Help manage groups online

  • Proactive in learning more within the field

Arts Assistant / Arts Intern:

The Arts Assistant / intern works remotely part-time on various projects within our Arts Campaigns. This position is for the person who is passionate about the arts, and bringing joy to others through the arts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A deep love and passion for the Arts

  • Reach out to Individual Artists as well as Artistic Groups to be a part of our Summer Arts Programming / Arts Summer Camp

  • Help with our Summer Arts Camp and Summer Arts Programming, and yearly arts programming

  • Proactive in learning more within the field

  • Must have access to own computer and reliable internet (minimum of 5 mbps upload speed)

  • Must be available for at least 10 hours per week

  • Arts Live Program and help with our Arts Gallery and Arts Gallery Store

Fundraiser / Fundraising Intern:

The Fundraiser / fundraising intern works remotely part-time on various projects within our organization. This position is for the person who is passionate about the programs we offer as well as the areas we offer programs in.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Creating fundraising campaigns, including thinking creatively about campaign messages, as well as implementing the logistics of campaigns (mailings, social media posts, e-mails, phone calls).

  • Composing or improving process for communication with donors, including quarterly e-mail updates for donors, thank you letters, and initial outreach to potential donors.

  • Developing fundraising materials, including toolkit for community fundraisers and online fundraisers.

  • Developing fundraising for our Memorial Funds.

  • Identifying, researching and compiling leads for potential funding sources, including researching foundation databases, community leaders, local franchises, and corporate sponsors.

  • Developing materials for presenting to potential partners and donors.

  • Proactive in learning more within the field

  • Revising website content, including the members only section, member services, and donation page on our website.

  • Generating social media content, including campaigns for specific days, identifying influencers, and optimizing web presence for the organization

  • Creating a plan for promoting fundraising for our programs

  • Creating marketing materials for member engagement

  • Work closely with other members of the team

  • Collaborate with other team members about the future grants and scholarships we will offer.

  • Filming or editing videos with testimonials from our members, community partners, staff and Board members.

Finance Manager / Finance Intern:

Monitor the finances of the organization, works remotely part-time on various projects within our organization. This position is for the person who is passionate about the programs we offer as well as the areas we offer programs in, as well as financing.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Organize a financial filing system that is easily accessible.

  • Prepare accounting reports to be presented to senior management.

  • Track all payments made for tax preparation and follow up on returns.

  • Speak to clients about payments, refunds and statements.

  • Keep track of all donations that are made.

  • Keep track of our endowments and memorial funds.

  • Collaborate with other team members about the future grants and scholarships we will offer.

  • Ensure that all clients receive their financial statements on time.

  • Ensure accuracy of financial statements, making sure that the final figures on statements are correct.

  • Assist with the balancing of the office/department budget.

  • Proactive in learning more within the field

  • Work closely with other members of the team

Grantwriter / Grant writing Intern:

Oversees the grant writing, works remotely part-time on various projects involving grant writing process within our organization. This position is for the person who is passionate about the programs we offer as well as the areas we offer programs in, as well as grant writing.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Researches and identifies new government, corporate, foundation and private funding prospects to match our priorities

  • Generates high-quality proposals, narratives, applications and supporting documents in response to solicitations consistent with all policies and procedures of our organization, and the requirements and guidelines of the funding agencies

  • Generates revenues for our programs through timely submission of well-researched, well written and well-documented grant proposals

  • Maintains primary responsibility for grant schedules and tracking grants

  • Serves as a liaison to all funding agencies and organizations

  • Works with appropriate personnel to research, develop, write and submit letters of inquiry, concept papers and grant proposals

  • Coordinates and follows-up on the progress of submitted proposals

  • Coordinates with the finance manager to create expenditure and income budgets to accompany proposals

  • Proactive in learning more within the field

  • Work closely with other members of the team

  • Collaborate with other team members about the future grants and scholarships we will offer.
