You Don't Have to Sell Your Body or Your Soul to Sell Your Products or Your Coaching Program...

https://www.thegrenchusfoundation.org/coaching-programsYou Don't Have to Sell Your Body or Your Soul to Sell Your Products or Your Coaching Program...

As I usually go live… but am under the weather with a health injury… yet seeing everyone’s coaching program postings, advertisements, and product launches for Christmas, New Years and the New Year…

I just have to make something clear….

You don’t have to sell your soul… or your body to make a sale….

As women, we know how much women’s bodies are used to sell products… you may own your own business, and have made a million this year… but as a woman in the field… I do not promote women selling their bodies online to sell the products.

I have seen so many coaches announcing how they have made it big, how they are bringing in $1Million this year… or at the end of last year.. while all of their hemlines got shorter, and they found they had to be workout clothes or bikini wear… while broadcasting their “sales”….. we have even seen mesh dresses for christmas with women wearing just underwear underneath….

If this is what it means to be a coach…

whether for your business, or for your health… I want no part of it.

If you are a coach looking to grow your business and be authentically you… without showing all of your body… let me know…

we are here for you …

I will be posting a video soon recorded weeks ago, before my injury about bodyshaming ..

I will be very clear here… as someone who knows people in the arts, in corporate, and those who own their own business, as well as those in politics and those who are stay at home mothers…

We do not advocate for women selling their bodies online … to make their sales… We do not advocate for women being almost naked to sell their products. And believe me… there is not “Christmas” about that…

We know many advertisers, and many people in marketing … and we have never advocated for this technique of selling, and even me, as the founder of The Grenchus Foundation… only sometimes do I actually post photos of my own body or anyone’s body online … and that is usually only about a run I did. And even in that… I am not in lingerie… if the category I am selling is not lingerie… (as I also have connections in fashion and design… and do a category at the foundation of what is : “Modeling for a Cause” …

As a female business owner, we do not advocate for women using their bodies to sell their products. We advocate for all women to market yourself in an ethical way. We do not see women’s bodies as commodities… and we refuse to give in to this mindset that the sexier you are.. the more you can sell.. or the more you strip off your clothes the more sales you can get.

Even performances at some of the top concert halls I have boycotted ~ if the women on the stage do not seem to respect their own bodies or are in barely there clothing. I choose to speak truth right now for all the women out there that feel like they need to sell their bodies to make a sale… or bring the hemline up more or the neckline down more to make a sale… that is far from the truth…. even as an artist…and photographer…. I took my own photos of my body and the changes to my body during my pregnancy and after… I never released them to the public. I had wonderful advisors at that time, in the art world who also knew me very well…. that knew I took this photography… and the photographs were never used and never displayed. They were literally a documentation for myself of my own body changes and all the changes I went through during my own transformation into motherhood and stepping into the grace of my motherhood… and finding my new identity as a mother and a wife. And even these were my own works created by me. Not taken by an outside photographer. Only taken by me…. even in my running photos by body is covered… and I hardly share an clad photo any day of the week…. oh, and by the way… my most recent post… shirt is from GAP… and is not lingerie. It is a silk shirt from GAP. Created for everyday wear.

As a business…. ss owner…Own and know who you are, and love and respect your self enough… NOT TO….

Have friends who will stand in your corner … when you OPT NOT TO….

I have even written in to other people about their campaigns in barely there clothing…. that was beyond inappropriate…. for everyday facebook etc… social media…. even as I have a personal trainer and fitness coach!!!!! AND AS I AM BOTH OF THOSE!!! BELIEVE ME! I DO NOT NEED TO SEE MEN NAKED TO KNOW IF THEY ARE FIT OR NOT!!! OWN AND KNOW THAT FOR YOUR SELF AS A WOMAN!!! WHO OWNS HER OWN BUSINESS!!!!

If you need a deeper dive… reach out to us directly.. via our transformational coaching program… getting sales doesn’t mean you have to sell your body. And yes, at this point, we do have to admit, we are disappointed we see many going down this path … to get known…. or to make a sale… or to bring in $1M a year in their business…. sex and sex appeal doesn’t sell … truly caring for other people is the only reason why someone will ever want to hire you….
