PRIVATE EVENTS 

Hi Mary, circling back on the private event front to share a bit more detail about our pricing structure. We book private events using a Food & Beverage minimum for each of our spaces, and then add a 22% administrative fee and taxes. Ultimately the determining factor on price will be which space, what the food and beverage menus are, and the number of guests.

The minimum prices for the spaces are:

The Loft: Max Capacity: Seated 120 guests/ 150 reception style
Minimum F&B $15,000 + +

Main Venue: Max Capacity: Seated 350 guests/500 reception style
Minimum F&B $35,000 + + (with an additional $10,000 for the adjacent Hudson River Dining Room and view).

Hudson River Dining Room Max capacity 85 seated / 150 reception style Minimum F&B $15,000 + +

Barrel Room Restaurant Max capacity 50 seated/ 75 reception style Minimum F&B $6,000 + +
*NOTE semiprivate space (no door) pathway remains to adjacent restaurant spaces

There is also a Screen for films on the roof top… and they are right next to the Island Park for youth etc…


Additional Fees include: Production Fee (PA & Processing, FOH Sound Deck, Microphones and Full use of Stage & Theatrical Lighting Package) starting at $1,200 + an additional $85/hr for tech (minimum 4 hours). I've attached our Tech Spec sheet here as well. In our Loft or Main Venue.
