Summer Youth Well-Being Program 2021

We are excited to announce our Summer Youth Well-Being Program!

Dates: 08/16/2021 - 08/27/2021 -

Yoga, Pilates, Running, Health, Nutrition, Breathing Techniques, Mindfulness and Well-Being

Online and In Person Small Group Option Available

Morning Session: Ages: 4-9  - Time: 8am-11am

Afternoon Session: Ages 10-15 Time: 12pm-3pm

Location: Central Park / Rain Space (back up space in case of rain) / or online

Rates: $550 a week per student for Morning Session OR Afternoon Session

Daily Schedule:

10-15 minute breath exercises

1/2 hour yoga

Break

1/2 hour pilates movements

Break

10-15 minutes breath exercises

15-20 minutes mindfulness

1/2 hour running training and nature exploration

10-15 minutes breath exercises and cool down

15-20 minutes well-being exercises

15 - 20 minutes nutrition fun
