Health-Fitness-Well-Being: The Grenchus Foundation @ MDR Summer Connect -NYC

A special thank you to Daniela Puglielli for inviting us to the MDR Summer Connect here in NYC… AccentPR…. and The Institute of Culinary Education and all the vendors that put all of this together!

We had a fabulous time experiencing some healthy and tasty Greek Products, Italian Products, and Mediterranean Products as well as learning more about the imports / exports of different products as well as vendors near us that are supplying quality products to our area… what their experience is in the current economic state of affairs / inflation - cost of products, imports/exports. We also loved learning of some of the new products out on the market today, that are ideal for our catering needs given different themes of food we would like to have at different events. We also were pleasantly surprised by yummy snacks for youth, digestive biscuits that we love and are usually very hard to find, and the amazing assortment of different yummy healthy edibles I could not and cannot resist!!! The best part is - eating just a little bit of some of the things below fills you pretty fast because they are so tasty and delicious, and they are healthy for you and your well-being! And it also helps to reopen trade as all countries are moving through economic recovery because of the pandemic!

While we love these products, we do not eat a large amount of them at one time, although, we do highly recommend these as catering options…. If we have the foods below, we usually balance them out with veggies and fruits etc.. and other things…one of our new favorite things to eat is the prosciutto and cheese on our salads… then we are getting the tasty greens as well as the protein! I almost always add veggies to every meal… some of the foods below already have veggies in them.
