Frette’s Collection mimics earth colors… as well as textures you would find within nature. Pieces in their Collection focus on the Exotic… there is a sting ray pattern, crocodile pattern, patterns that mimic sand dunes, and pieces that focus on colors from the earth, from the blues, greens, and yellows, to the creams, greys and silvers. Frette offers timeless elegance with their pieces, as well as quality, with products that will endure through time and use. Frette also focuses on the classic lines and natural neutral colors… and launched their first 100% organic luxury linen line this spring! Focusing on eco-sustainability, among their new collection is a100% organic sheet set of cotton sateen with lightly striated weave. Yarn dyed using 100% organic dried poppy petals and no synthetic chemical agents. Finished using no synthetic chemical agents. Simple hem finishing. Bottom sheet of matching 100% organic solid cotton sateen. Packed in coordinating 100% organic solid cotton sateen drawstring bag. Frette uses 100% responsibly sourced materials in alignment with the most stringent of guidelines. In the coming years, Frette will continually incorporate both responsibly and sustainably sourced materials to compose 60% of those materials necessary to realise its craft. In celebration of Frette’s inaugural 100% organic linen collection, the House has partnered with One Tree Planted, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to global reforestation, to donate 10,000 trees for planting in the Mexican Monarch Butterfly Habitat. This is one of Frette’s first steps toward reducing its carbon footprint and weaving sustainability into our legacy.
